The hotel was excellent in terms of value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided great service. The rooms were clean and cosy. The location was perfect, being very near to the Fatima Monastery.
The breakfast offered at this hotel was kind of poor compared to what other hotels in the area offer for the same price or even cheaper.

My stay at this upgraded hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The room exceeded my expectations with its excellent comfort and cozy atmosphere. The location, just a few meters away from the Basilica, was jaw-dropping. The hotel was impeccably clean, from the rooms to the common areas. I was pleasantly surprised to find a reserved table for breakfast, where I indulged in the amazing coffee options and a variety of delicious fresh fruits. The staff were super friendly and attentive, and they swiftly resolved any issues like the air conditioning problem. Special mention to David who went above and beyond to assist with my printing needs. Although the staff were multitasking, a few extra hands would be a great addition. my experience at this hotel was simply outstanding and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We stayed a few meters away from the Basilica of our Lady of the Rosary of Fatima at Alecrim. the hotel was impressively clean both in our room and throughout the common areas. Our breakfast experience was wonderful, with a reserved table for us at the buffet. the coffee machine offered a variety of options, including espresso, café lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolate. We were delighted by the selection of fresh fruits, such as watermelon, kiwi, sliced oranges, and honeydew melon. the freshly made bread was a nice touch.
Nothing for me.

The staff were multitasking superheroes, handling reception and breakfast with ease. The breakfast had the perfect amount of food for a single bite. It was such a joy to visit a place with a shared lounge, who needs privacy anyway?
No microwave for the ultimate luxury of warming up my kids' milk bottles. How inconvenient it was to ask the receptionists for help instead.

I loved the rooms at Hotel Alecrim! They were super cozy with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom was a plus, and the balcony in the triple room was a nice touch. As a business traveler, it was great to have free WiFi and a safety deposit box in the room. the rooms were comfortable and had everything I needed.
The only thing I didn't love was the bidet in the bathroom. It's just my personal preference, but I think the bathroom would have been perfect without it.

We had an amazing time at this hotel during our romantic escape. The hotel's entrance hall was super stylish and gave a great impression of what was to come. We loved that the hotel was in a key location and close to important sights and places. the staff was very kind and helpful during our stay.
We did have some issues during our stay. The rooms lacked a minibar and safe-deposit box, which would have been nice to have.
